Fake but Accurate

Norways prime minister Jens Stoltenberg gets caught lying in the Norwegian Parliament, saying the Progress Party voted for own risk on physical therapy.
He apologises, but is also quoted saying: "My point was that the Progress Party has been voting for cuts in norwegian welfare arrangements."

Geez, they're getting nervous.

How Norway lost free speech

Yesterday, TV2, broadcasted "Threatened to silence", a documentary adressing the conflict that emerged after Magazinet printed a story on free speech with the Muhammed-cartoons. This caused as we all know: Chaos.
"Threatened to silence" showed our politicians interminable cowardness.
The documentary was very revealing to the Stoltenberg-alliance, and if you truly believe in western values like freedom and free speech, you need to denounce Norway.
Burn our flag and loot our embassys, and you might just even get away with it ,'-)

Tragic.

UPDATE:
As expected, the brother of the alleged killer claims this wasn't an honour killing. He also maintains the story of a mentally ill individual.

Lady and the Tramp

Nope, my first post is not going to adress the sweet Disney movie from 1955, but a real time Lady and the Tramp-story.
You see, Karianne Solbrække, a journalist covering the NOKAS-case where a cop got shot to death, got romantically involved with a suspected terrorist, Arfan Qadeer Bhatti.

Trygve Hegnar, an economist & editor frequently appearing in various MSM, now reveals her name and photograph in his paper, Finansavisen.

Why is this a big thing? Besides the obvious, a reporter losing all integrity, it shows the power of the MSM.
When the shit first hit the fan, Karianne Solbrække got immunity.
As a result, several other female reporters got accused for being She.

Secondly, it makes a strong case arguing journalistic bias.
Karianne Solbrække has been quoted saying amongst other things:
"I can go out with my sources after work, but it doesnt happen too frequently"

She has been known to make the police dismiss a murder-case. She didnt "think the police could run a murder investigation without the people knowing about it".

A symptom of the welfare state

The last months, corruption in government activities has been getting enough media coverage for the next couple of decades.
Lastly, CEO of EducationConstruction, Frank Murud, is being charged for defrauding the city of almost 11$ million.
The government is taking procedures to insure that this will be the last scandal.

1) They're running the case behind closed doors.
Allegedly because this is an ongoing investigation.

2) The minister of local governments, Åslaug Haga, says she will work to improve ethics. Secondly, she wishes to create a annunciator system.
What she really is saying is that the press makes a bloody mess, and that it would be better to ask people guilty of fraud, to resign - quietly, without you & me hearing about it.

Åslaug Haga is fighting a battle she can't win until she realizes her premises.
An ABC in the alpabeth of ethics can never change the egoistic nature of Man.
If you want to fight his nature, you give him freedom.
If he still behaves like a dog, and steals from the dinner table, you punish him.
